Not a bad stop for party and costume supplies. Based on the business' response, I'm editing to add. I have no complaints about your staff. They did their jobs. Your selection of products needs improvement. That's on whoever places the orders.

The third time this year I have driven all the way here to see one person working, and when I finally get up to the counter to get balloons filled up I’m told there is a 30-60 minute wait because they are “behind”. Store is completely trashed, 1/3 of the shelves are empty. How is this place still in business?

This is a good place to buy party decor, supplies and even costumes. Prices are fair, employees are ok, and quality is good. I've found some good outfits for my work's spirit days (Hawaiian shirts and neon t-shirts)

The store is clean and well stocked with a wide variety. Halloween isn't fully out yet but I know I'm early in looking for that stuff. Still, they have quite a selection of costumes and a little bit of decor out with notes that more is coming.

For some reason the fat women here love to be rude and think they run the world or something. Every time I come here they are always aggressive and giving people the eye and laughing about customers after they just ordered balloons. The manager was so busy cuz these fat workers don’t do anything but act unprofessionally towards customers. I have made complaints but they go in and out of the ears of the GM. I rather go to the other PC, from now on.

My daughter's and I were attending an anime arkhan festival and we needed some costumes last minute, we headed over to Party City and we found just what we needed right away! I found this lovely goddess dress with accessories that I knew was perfect for my ancient Egyptian concept concept.They even had some facial jewelry with stickers that I also needed for really affordable prices. My gown is very good quality by the way and it doesn't feel cheap and thin and I will be wearing this for Halloween! Party City has very good quality costumes and a stumes ancessaries and we love love coming here link here for our go to cosplay needs. The staff is super friendly by the way and the establishment is clean and organized.

The worst service ever… Went in and bought 4 regular balloons and had to wait 45mins to get them blown up. No one wanted to help 6 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. When we had one of them doing their they acted like we were bothering them. We will NEVER go back to that place would rather go to the dollar store and get the same kind of product for less.

I ordered balloons 3 hours ago and was told my dozen balloons would be ready at 6:00pm, it’s 6:30 and they are not ready. The manager was called to help and took her precious time to do my order.
